Actor-director Stephen Chow has been single ever since his separation with ex-lover Alice Yu in 2010. Earlier in February this year, he made headlines after openly expressing his admiration for actress Shu Qi during a movie promotion event.
However, the 51-year-old seemed to have given up on this courtship. A casually-dressed Stephen was recently spotted at a restaurant in Central, Hong Kong with an unknown long-haired woman, who bore strong resemblance to Taiwanese-Canadian actress Christine Kuo.
The duo was said to be in high spirits, enjoying wine while having a chummy conversation. However, the mood was ruined when Stephen discovered that the paparazzi were watching them.
After making some phone calls, Stephen left the dinner venue and his mysterious date was subsequently being picked up by a friend's car.
