Andy’s 3 restrictions to train his 6 abdominal muscle

ALways Andy Lau Concert World Tour 2013 will opens in Shanghai on 11 September, perfectionist Andy had already started preparing as other than spending eight hours each day to rehearse, he also put in effort to regain his 6 abdominal muscle as he have to accommodate to his self-imposed diet restriction. Andy had always pay close attention to his health, in order to appear on stage with his best condition, Andy took care and trained both “inside and outside”.

After his 8 hours of rehearsing his singing and dance, he would take some time off for gym training, which includes jogging to train his stamina, trains with dumbbell, does push-ups and different kinds of abdominal exercises, he also accommodate with his diet as whenever he has concert he would always bring out his three diet restriction as he had started two months earlier by saying no to oil, salt and flour.

For his entire day’s workload, Andy put his importance on breakfast, thus he would eat cereals with porridge pairing with a cup of hot coffee, lightweight and nourishing himself; for lunch and dinner would be vegetable and apple salad with some boiled meat; he drank fruit juice everyday, and tonic soup to recharge himself.

Andy would have a theme for each of his concerts, the musical would always be one of the main attraction. This time round, in order for everybody to be more involved into the concert, Andy took some free time to personally produce three music videos using the theme of separation, reunion and continue love relationship as the story structure, using music and background to form a love musical story. Andy thought of it on his own and even wrote the narration and narrate in the videos. The three music videos would be broadcast on his official concert website (concert.andylau.com) one after another.

From today, Andy will bring everybody to the love story in the time dimension of ALways Andy Lau Concert World Tour three weeks earlier. Andy said: “Not even love in this life, continue to love in next life.” This is also have the same meaning of the concert’s name Always, this also represent eternity relationship between Andy and his fans.
